All Shirts and Hats are made to order. That makes our return/exchange policy a little different.
Unfortunately we do not provide refunds however we will happily provide exchanges on unworn, unused full-price merchandise within 30 days of purchase. These exchanges only apply in situations where shirt sizes need to be swapped. Since all products are made to order, we won't be able to exchange shirts for hats or vice versa. This does include all packaging including tags, bags and boxes. Faulty items will be replaced at no charge to you. Please contact us here if you need to exchange.
*Any items purchased on Sale or Clearance do not qualify for exchanges.
Please get in touch if you are intending on returning an item. We will give you the address and any other information you might need.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you exchange an item, the cost for return shipping will be charged on your order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
